The cost to file a Business Certificate is $25. Each certified copy is $1 per copy, if purchased at the time of filing. Anytime after the date of filing the cost for a certified copy is $4 each.
You must sign the form in front of a notary and have your signature properly acknowledged. You can mail the completed form to us, with the proper fees, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the return of your copies to:
