CELERON, N.Y. – The Chautauqua Substance Abuse Response Partnership (CSARP) coalition is proud to announce the upcoming Hope and Healing Conference, a premier event dedicated to addressing the complex needs in mental health and chemical dependency. This event is a cornerstone in celebrating treatment and recovery successes within Chautauqua County and the wider region.

Join us as we connect, learn, and celebrate the collective strides we are making in healing and recovery. This full-day event will offer “Hope Talks,” brief presentations reflecting local stories and efforts in the format of popular “Ted Talks,” addresses by municipal officials, and a behavioral health resources fair.

We are honored to feature an impressive lineup of keynote speakers who bring experience and expertise to our engaging day of transformation, care, and community.

Introducing Our Keynote Speakers:

Laura Stack is a noted speaker, author, and leader in substance abuse prevention. She is the Founder & CEO of Johnny's Ambassadors Youth THC Prevention, an organization dedicated to educating communities about the dangers of high-potency THC on adolescent brain development. She will share her deeply personal and motivational story as a mother and leader in substance abuse prevention, focusing on the impact of THC on youth. Carlton Hall, President and CEO of Carlton Hall Consulting LLC, brings a quarter-century of intensive substance abuse prevention and community problem-solving services. Carlton has been a guiding force in community coalitions both nationally and internationally, contributing to global discussions on drug prevention at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). Gwendolyn A. Bork, a seasoned Peer Recovery Coach and NYS Trainer of Trainer. President of FOCUS, a WNY Youth Addiction Prevention Coalition currently funded by the White House Office of Drug Control Policy and the CDC. Business owner, Author, and Gold Key Award Winner by the Chemical Dependency Consortium, she deeply understands the Continuum of Substance Use Disorder.
